How to:

● Pump 1-2 pumps on your finger or spatula

● Scrape across the back of bottom teeth, let sit UNDER tongue

● Let it sit for 30-45 seconds

● Set an intention

● Swallow elixir

● In 10-15 minutes, you will notice a subtle yet effective shift

● Lasts for 1 1⁄2-2 hrs but helps shift the entire day
